In Their Words: “Immediately after we finished writing ‘Wise Woman’, we could visualize the music video. Although we knew it would be ambitious, we believed it was important to feature as many women’s stories as we could in three and a half minutes. We also wanted to feature leaders who have inspired us, raised us, and helped shape us into the women we are today. Our mothers are in the video, our sisters, our nieces, our friends, our mentors.
