The 19th Edition of Cayamo’s Journey Through Song – the premier roots music cruise experience – sets sail February 27th, 2027. BGS partnered with their team to present Sixthman Soundcheck, their community-oriented search for three new acts to join their epic lineup. And we officially have 10 semi-finalists!
Cayamo is magical, each day promising an enchanting blend of eclectic performances and unique collaborations in intimate settings, the discovery of emerging talent, and soulful renditions from artists you love. Three of whom will be attending because of your participation in this process!
We’re incredibly grateful to all who shared and submitted up to this point; it truly makes all the difference! After careful review by our judging panel, we’re thrilled to unveil the top 10 semi-finalists:

In this next round of voting, our 10 semi-finalists are welcome to invite all of their fans to participate in the voting along with Cayamo guests.
During all voting rounds, we encourage you to listen to each finalist before making your decisions, even if you’re already familiar with some of them. The voting page features a video of each artist, as well as a few other links to make it easy for you to check them out.
