Yes. The gloom has once again descended upon Los Angeles, and for those of us on the westside in particular, hasn’t left since the month began. Some days, you need some appropriately mellow/gloomy music to accompany a mellow/gloomy day (see Laura Marling, Hem, The Civil Wars, even the Weepies…). For this, I give you the uber-talented Sarah Jarosz, who plays McCabes this Sunday (sold out — sorry) and Hotel Cafe in Hollywood on Tuesday (tickets still avaialable — yay!).
