It’s that time again! The time of heavy traffic, airport lines, maxed out credit cards, crazy family members. So many times we get so caught up in the stress and negativity of the holiday season we lose track of what really matters, regardless of what holiday we’re celebrating.
The greatest and most memorable moments are those where we are together, surrounded by those we love. Music is such a major part of this season, and often the thing that gathers us together, be it at a candlelit carol sing, hearing your favorite Christmas song on the radio, counting down the seconds at a New Years concert, or a jamming with a circle of pickers into the wee hours.
We here at the Situation have had a truly remarkable year, and count ourselves doubly blessed to not only cover the music we love, but to share it with an amazing community of readers, fans, and musicians. We thank you, and wish you the happiest of holidays and fresh start in the new year…
