Not all guys with guitars can do what Hubby Jenkins does. With his husky voice and slide guitar, Jenkins offers up the acoustic blues of “Mean Ol’ Frisco” live on location at the 2016 Fayetteville Roots Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
