In Their Words: “An album should have a theme, hopefully — a starting spot, and an ending spot, and everything in between needs to lead forward toward forming a complete thought. Easy, right? It doesn’t always turn out that way. Sometimes I find out years later what an album is about. Right now it seems to me The Soul & the Heal deals with trying to repair the damage we’ve done to ourselves, and others, in the course of our lives. And how little we have time to make things right. But I’m bettin’ more will be revealed, if time allows. I’d like to hear what you think.”
