What was the first record you ever bought with your own money?
Sally Jaye: Adam and the Ants, Prince Charming on vinyl
Sarah Roberts: I bought "Hot Stuff" by Donna Summer and "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor on 45 to play on my sweet WKRP in Cincinnati record player.

How many unread emails or texts currently fill your inbox?
Sally Jaye: 33
Sarah Roberts: 20,585 unread emails (yikes … mainly all junk)

If your life were a movie, which songs would be on the soundtrack?
Sally Jaye: Mine would be a mixture of Loretta Lynn, Townes Van Zandt, and Bikini Kill songs.
Sarah Roberts: Anything off of Van Morrison's Astral Weeks, some Bjork, and Dolly Parton.

@booleep is our favorite artist.

What brand of jeans do you wear?
Sally Jaye: Whatever I can find at my favorite Nashville consignment store, Flip. I’m not a snob about brands; I just like them to fit nicely and not show my crack.
Sarah Roberts: I'm so happy to finally be out of maternity jeans … so anything that buttons and zips!

What's your favorite word?
Sally Jaye: Hossdog
Sarah Roberts: Jacksmoke — As in, "He's being a jacksmoke if he thinks he's merging into my lane right now.”
If you were a liquor, what would you be?
Sally Jaye: Moonshine.
Sarah Roberts: Is there a whiskey with a hint of chocolate?

Available only on July 21 @thehotelcafe for our record release show!

Fate or free will?
Sally Jaye: I think both are worth believing in, but pretty much whatever my horoscope says, I work with that.
Sarah Roberts: Hmm … both. I subscribe to a balance of both.

Cake or pie?
Sally Jaye: Cake at birthdays and weddings, pie all the time.
Sarah Roberts: Ice cream. Ice cream wins out over all other sweet treats. If forced, I'll say ice cream cake or pie with ice cream.

Sunrise or sunset?
Sally Jaye: How can anyone not love both? But I’m more likely to watch a sunset, because waking up early is difficult for me. And most of the sunrises in my life were as a result of NOT going to sleep, staying up all night in L.A. getting into trouble, and ending up in Malibu at the beach.
Sarah Roberts: Sunrise. Some of my greatest memories are staying up to see the sunrise. It encapsulates possibility.
