Which decade do you think of as the "golden age" of music?
Oooh, the mid-60s to '70s.

If you could have a superpower, what would you choose?
Teleportation. I can be a bit lazy

If you were in a high school marching band, which instrument would you want to play?
Trumpet. Lots of mobility for dance moves and not too heavy.

#classic

What's your go-to road food?
My car is littered with coffee cups and Clif Bar wrappers, by the end of tour.

Who was the best teacher you ever had — and why?
My high school English teacher. She taught me how to write by showing us how to analyze literature at a college level and not grading papers. You just had to revise them until they were strong so it became about the work not the grade.

What's your favorite fruit?
Peaches

something so splendid
