“‘Super Ball’ (originally from Hello Out There, 2001) is one of my favorite songs. I don’t think I wrote it — I channeled it. It has its own magic that I feel came through me. I have seen it lift an audience and transform the energy in the room nightly. I feel it’s about believing in yourself, someone or something. Just when you can’t anymore, this song is proof that you can. It is transformative and exemplifies humanity daily — we are so resilient.
