In Their Words: “‘High Time’ is about the urges and impulses behind holding on, moving on and letting go. Whether it applies to loved ones or personal development, there comes a time. Sometimes there’s no choice in the matter and other times, a decision needs to be made, actions taken. I wrote this during a static time, when things were in limbo. It was a song of fantasy and longing then. We’re all slowly starting to move on again it seems. We recorded this in the basement of Jalopy Theatre and School of Music. It’s like a dusty instrument tomb down there and, god knows, I’ve spent countless hours putzin’ and fiddlin’ around in it. Seemed fitting to record and play in such a familiar spot.” — Jackson Lynch
